Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days for retail sales. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Non retail services/goods are not eligible for a refund unless there is a quality issue. Any mistakes made on our part will be replaced at no charge. However, if a mistake is missed during the proofing process, it is the customers responsibility. 

To be eligible for a retail return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only exchange retail items if they are still in stock. If they are not in stock, we will issue you an refund as long as the customer has followed our refund policy.
